My Approach to Healing

Thank you for looking at my profile. As a pluralistic counsellor and coach, I believe that counselling gives clients the opportunity to be themselves, to express themselves freely in a safe, warm, welcoming environment—a space where their voices can be heard.

With this in mind, I can offer my clients a warm, confidential, safe, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and together, we can explore and help you understand your thoughts and behaviours. You may be feeling anxious, unheard or stuck—therapy can help you find new strategies to use in moving forward.

My Philosophy

My belief is that we are all individuals and not all theories and counselling methods suit everyone. By training in a pluralistic way, I have a greater platform of tools in which we can explore in the therapy room. I tailor-make sessions around you as an individual, looking at what your therapy goals are and the steps we can take together to reach these goals.

I do not believe in immediate fixes; rather, most issues are relational problems. Together, we will recognise and explore patterns in yourself and others, what your triggers are, and where those patterns may have originated.

Professional Commitment

Being an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their ethical guidelines and undertake monthly clinical supervision. Nothing you say will shock me, and everything you say is always confidential.

Alongside my BACP membership, I also have a BPS membership (British Psychology Society), ensuring that my practice maintains the highest professional standards while remaining deeply human and compassionate.
